On June 12, 2017, Rex Energy Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operational update on its Baird Well Pad. The release is attached to this Current Report on Form8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
Also on June 12, 2017, the Company updated its Corporate Presentation, including the addition of several new slides. The new slides are attached to this Current Report on Form8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
