On October 20, 2008, Adrenalina (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has approached the Board of Directors of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. with a proposal to enter into negotiations aimed at acquiring that company at $4.50 per share, consisting of a combination of cash and Company common stock.
