The shares underlying the options vest as follows: 25% of the underlying shares vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, 25% of the underlying shares vest on the second anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 50% of the underlying shares vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, subject in each case to Mr. Scibetta's continuous service with the Issuer from the grant date through the applicable vesting date.
