Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 10, 2020, Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Fast Track designation for the Company’s drug candidate AQST-108, a “first of its kind” oral sublingual film formulation delivering systemic epinephrine that is in development for the treatment of allergic reactions (Type 1), including anaphylaxis, using Aquestive’s proprietary PharmFilm® technologies. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
