Appointment of Executive Officers
A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. (the “Company”) has appointed Mr. Kin Kwong “Peter” Mak as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer effective as of May 26, 2009.
John S. Lin, our Director and Chief Strategy Officer, who has been acting as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2008, has stepped down from his position as Chief Strategy Officer and his interim position as Chief Financial Officer, and has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer effective as of May 26, 2009.
