Explanatory Note
On September 10, 2010, Lihua International, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an investor presentation as Exhibit 99.1 to a Current Report on Form 8-K. The investor presentation contained an error on page 26 where, under the heading “Attractive Industry”, it stated “Sizeable market: $76B”. The figure has been corrected to “$66B” and the investor presentation is being refiled in full as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On September 14, 2010, the Company will conduct investor presentations at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference: China Track in New York, New York. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation that will be used in connection therewith is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
