Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 6, 2014, Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On October 24, 2014, the Company announced that it would hold a conference call and live audio webcast at 8:30 a.m. (EST), November 6, 2014, to discuss its financial results and provide a general business update.
