Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 19, 2020, Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release with respect to its previously provided fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial guidance, and ongoing negotiations with the largest holder of the Company's Senior Unsecured 6.25% Notes due October 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
