On September 16, 2010, China SHESAYS Medical Cosmetology Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company announced that it has retained CCG Investor Relations (“CCG”) to design and execute its investor relations campaign. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
