On October 28, 2009, the Board of Directors of Northfield Bancorp, Inc. approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of November 11, 2009 and will be paid on November 25, 2009.
