Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 7, 2019, Dr. Mary Tedd Allen, Senior Vice President of Operations and Administration, announced that she would be retiring from NanoString Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) in April 2020. The Company intends to commence an executive search for Dr. Allen’s successor.
