Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of XBKS common stock.

2. The restricted stock units vested on the grant date, December 14, 2012, and settled for shares of common stock on March 26, 2015.

3. The total in Column 5 has been corrected to reflect the 1-for-25 reverse stock split that took place on April 27, 2011 and address an additional mathematical error carried forward since the Form 4 filed on July 8, 2011.
