Effective February 04, 2015, David Segelov has resigned from Star Gold Corp. (“Star Gold” or the “Company”) as its CEO. There were no disagreements between Mr. Segelov and the Company and Mr. Segelov will continue to serve as the Company’s President and as a member of its board of directors.
The position of CEO shall remain vacant at this time.
