CDW Declares Cash Dividend of $0.0425 Per Share

Another Step in Delivering Value to Shareholders

VERNON HILLS, Ill., Feb. 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CDW Corporation (Nasdaq:CDW), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0425 per common share to be paid on March 10, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2014. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
