ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc. (the “Company”) will be conducting a conference call at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, to provide an update on the Company’s projects and discuss new business developments for 2009. A live webcast of the call will also be available on the Company’s website, www.papetroleum.com. A copy of the Company’s press release, dated February 23, 2009, announcing the call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
