Item 8.01 On January 31, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has completed the drilling of the Oyo NW well and, based on preliminary evaluation, it has discovered hydrocarbons in the Miocene Formation. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, which is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
