Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 23, 2014, CAMAC Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of transactions with Allied Energy Plc and the Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Limited. As a result of the completion of the transactions and the payment of a previously announced stock dividend, the Company currently has 1,072,892,046 shares of common stock outstanding. A copy of the Company’s press release, dated February 23, 2014, announcing the completion of the transactions described above is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
