ITEM 1.01 | ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT |
On February 8, 2011, we arranged to borrow another $25,000 from CRG Finance AG. The loan is due upon demand and compounds interest at 10.0% per annum. As of February 15, 2011, the Company has received $15,000 of the total $25,000 loan. A copy of the loan agreement was filed as Exhibit 10.2 to our Form 10-Q file with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 22, 2011.
