Beginning on December 17, 2009, the senior management of Ultimate Escapes, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold meetings with current and potential investors. The meetings are to provide current and potential investors with additional information regarding the Company’s business, analysis of its recent performance and strategy for future growth. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the presentation that will be provided to and reviewed with current and potential investors in connection with such meetings.
