Appointment of New CEO and Director
On January 9, 2020, B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that Tomer Raved has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Director, effective immediately. Mr. Raved replaces Mr. Ami Barlev, who had served as CEO during the last year.
