Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Legal Structural Change of Bezeq Group- Ownership of Subsidiaries
On February 1, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a26.34%subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the “ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that a hearing was held at the Israeli High Court of Justice on January 30, 2020 concerning Bezeq’s petition against the Israeli Ministry of Communications for the immediate cancellation of the structural separation within the Bezeq Group.
