Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Licensing of Broadband Internet Operators
On March 4, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a26.34%subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the “ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that Bezeq has learned from the website of the Israeli Ministry of Communications regarding a hearing that will be held concerning the licensing of new operators for the supply of broadband internet access infrastructure service.
