Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Entry Into Agreed Ruling Re: Antitrust Financial Sanction
On May 3, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a 26.34% subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the “ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that it has entered into an agreement with the Israeli Antitrust Authority concerning an agreed ruling under the Economic Competition Law, 1988 in respect of a notice of financial sanction whereby the Company will pay the Israeli Treasury 4.2 million New Israeli Shekels.
