Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 4, 2008, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared that the Company’s fourth-quarter 2007 dividend will be in the amount of $1.20 per Class A share representing Class A limited liability company interests of the Company (the “Class A Share”). The cash dividend will be paid on or before February 15, 2008 to holders of record of Class A Shares on December 31, 2007.
A copy of the press release announcing the amount of dividend and the dividend payment date is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
