Section 8 – Other Events
In a press release dated October 26, 2010, Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”) announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in Bancorp’s quarterly dividend by $0.01 to $0.16 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on November 12, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 3, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
