Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 19, 2010, Sinobiopharma, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the Second quarter ended November 30, 2009. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
