Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 20, 2010, Sinobiopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has signed an agreement with Anhui Xianfeng Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd (“Xianfeng”) to manufacture and co-market Clindamycin, an antibiotic, and L-alanyl-L-glutamine, a parenteral nutrition. A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
