Because of unanticipated changes in officers’ intercontinental travel schedules and related issues, the compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2017 could not be completed and filed by November 14, 2017 without undue hardship and expense to the Registrant.

The unaudited financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2017 are expected to be reported as a net loss of $1.74 million, compared to a net loss of $0.5 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A substantial portion of the net loss in the quarter was comprised of a $667,000 loss on derivative instruments, $456,000 in depletion depreciation and amortization and $248,000 in interest expense.
