Press Release
On July 26, 2010, Cascal N.V. (“Cascal”) issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 15.140, announcing that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") a Form 25 relating to the delisting of its common shares from the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"), with the delisting of its common shares to be effective ten days thereafter. Accordingly, the Company anticipates that the last day of trading of its common shares on the NYSE will be Thursday, August 5, 2010.
