Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective March 21, 2008, Donna More, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tropicana Entertainment, LLC (“Tropicana Entertainment”) and Tropicana Finance Corp. (“Tropicana Finance”), resigned from her positions with the companies. Ms. More intends to continue her service as an employee of Tropicana Entertainment and Tropicana Finance during a transitional period.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 24, 2008 Tropicana Entertainment issued a press release announcing certain recent developments. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
