Explanation of Responses:

1. This amended report is being filed solely to correct an error in the transaction dates for the reported transactions due to broker administrative error.

2. On May 15, 2023, the reporting person transferred 2,659 shares of Zoetis common stock to a trust of which the reporting person's spouse is trustee and the reporting person's daughter is the sole beneficiary.

3. On May 19, 2023, the reporting person transferred 2,659 shares of Zoetis common stock to a trust of which the reporting person's spouse is trustee and the reporting person's son is the sole beneficiary.
