The reporting person's purchase of common stock reported herein was matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to the extent of 49 shares, with the reporting person's sale pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan of 49 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $66.83 per share on June 6, 2022.
