Explanation of Responses:

1. BV Natural Resources, LLC acquired: (i) 125,000 common shares of the Issuer from Allen Ball, (ii) 352,500 common shares of the Issuer from the Allen and Connie Ball Family Limited Partnership, and (iii) 970,000 common shares from the Allen and Connie Ball Living Trust. The transfers were exempt from Section 16 pursuant to Rule 16a-13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

2. $0.23 CAD purchase price converted to USD based on the Bank of Canada's noon rate of exchange of $0.7593 USD for every $1.00 CAD as of April 5, 2016.
