Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On September 15, 2009, the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated August 31, 2009, between Global Consumer Acquisition Corp. and Mark Daigle and the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated August 31, 2009, between Global Consumer Acquisition Corp. and Laus M. Abdo were terminated.
