On February 14, 2013, Forestar Group Inc. (the “Company”) received a reserve report from Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. providing estimates of the Company’s oil and natural gas reserves as of December 31, 2012.  The reserve report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
