1. The weighted average purchase price for these transactions was $13.91 per share, with a range of $13.87 to $13.98 per share. 2. The amount of securities beneficially owned following this transaction include an additional 1,189 shares due to the Reporting Person's purchase of shares pursuant to the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
