| Item 1.01. | Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
Effective July 23, 2015, Franklin Synergy Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Financial Network, Inc., and The Grandview Eight, L.L.C., entered into a Lease Agreement for a future branch location for the Bank (the “Lease”). The Lease (i) has a term of 38 months, commencing on October 1, 2015, with the option of renewing the Lease for two additional three year terms and (ii) provides for a minimum annual rent payment of $25,650.00.
