On January 1, 2016, the Receivables Sale and Contribution Agreement, dated as of December 22, 2015, between Discover Bank and Discover Funding LLC, became effective pursuant to its terms. A copy of the Receivables Sale and Contribution Agreement was filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K on December 23, 2015.
On January 1, 2016, the Third Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 22, 2015, among U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Master Trust Trustee”), Discover Funding LLC and Discover Bank, became effective pursuant to its terms. A copy of the Third Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement was filed asExhibit 4.2 to the Current Report on Form 8-K on December 23, 2015.
On January 1, 2016, the Amended and Restated Series Supplement, dated as of December 22, 2015, among the Master Trust Trustee, Discover Funding LLC and Discover Bank, became effective pursuant to its terms. A copy of the Amended and Restated Series Supplement was filed asExhibit 4.3 to the Current Report on Form 8-K on December 23, 2015.
On January 1, 2016, the Amended and Restated Indenture, dated as of December 22, 2015, between Discover Card Execution Note Trust (the “Note Issuance Trust”), as Issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), became effective pursuant to its terms. A copy of the Amended and Restated Indenture was filed asExhibit 4.4 to the Current Report on Form 8-K on December 23, 2015.
On January 1, 2016, the Second Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement, dated as of December 22, 2015, between the Note Issuance Trust, as Issuer, and the Indenture Trustee, became effective pursuant to its terms. On January 1, 2016, the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of December 22, 2015, between Wilmington Trust Company, as owner trustee, and Discover Funding LLC, as beneficiary, became effective pursuant to its terms.
