On October 26, 2016, Discover Card Execution Note Trust and U.S. Bank National Association entered into the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Documents to amend provisions related to the dates on which principal collections with respect to certain Class B and Class C Notes are required to be deposited into the collections account, subject to certain conditions as described in the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Document. A copy of the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Documents is filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
