Pursuant to an Order of Suspension of Trading, dated April 21, 2015 (the “Order”), issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and captioned In the Matter of ForceField Energy Inc. (File No. 500-1), the SEC ordered that pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, trading in the shares of the Registrant’s common stock is suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 21, 2015 through 11:59 p.m. EDT, on May 4, 2015.
