Item 5.02(c) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On September 30, 2016, Messrs. David Vanderhorst, Adrian Auman, and Kebir Ratnani resigned from the Board of Directors of ForceField Energy Inc. (‘the Company”), effective immediately. Their resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Board of Directors or management related to operations, policies or practices.
