Other Events
On September 7, 2010, GEROVA Financial Group, Ltd. (“GEROVA”) issued a press release announcing that it has received authorization to list its ordinary shares, warrants, and units on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). GEROVA expects to begin trading on the NYSE on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, under its current symbols “GFC”, “GFC.WS” and “GFC.U”, respectively. A copy of the press release is annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
