Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 20, 2022, Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (“The Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of an independent Preliminary Feasibility Study (“PFS”) for the Bunker Hill Mine in the Silver Valley region of Idaho, USA. The report, dated September 30, 2022 and entitled, “Technical Report and Pre-Feasibility Study for Underground Mining, Milling and Concentration of Lead, Silver and Zinc at the Bunker Hill Mine, Coeur d’Alene Mining District, Shoshone County, Idaho, USA” was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”).
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 attached hereto, shall be deemed “furnished” and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), nor shall such information be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
