On February 26, 2008, DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.1875 per share on the Company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2008. The dividend is payable on April 11, 2008 to shareholders of record as of March 28, 2008. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
