On December 11, 2009, DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. issued a press release revising its guidance on 2009 results of operations and dividend and issuing guidance on 2010 dividend. On December 11, 2009, DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, DuPont Fabros Technology, L.P., has priced an offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due December 15, 2017.
