Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 15, 2017, Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (“DLR”) posted a replay of the investor call relating to the previously announced merger transaction with DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (“DuPont”). A transcript of the investor call is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
