ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On October 29, 2020, Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the sale of a wholly-owned, unlevered office building located in Dublin, Ireland. The Company sold the building for a total sales price of approximately $165 million resulting in total net proceeds of approximately $165 million and a gain on sale of approximately $85 million which will be recognized by the Company in the fourth quarter of 2020.
