Includes: (i) 6,811 restricted stock units (RSUs) vesting and converting to shares of common stock as follows: 1,527 on January 28, 2017, 2,509 on January 27, 2017, 624 on January 27, 2018, and 717 on each of February 10, 2017, 2018 and 2019; (ii) 1,509 performance stock units (PSUs) that satisfied the applicable performance-vesting condition on February 8, 2016 and that remain subject to a service-vesting condition, which is scheduled to lapse on December 31, 2016; and (iii) 34,927 shares of common stock. Each RSU and PSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.
