Zep Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

Atlanta, GA, June 26, 2009 –The Board of Directors of Zep Inc.(NYSE:ZEP)yesterday declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share. The dividend is payable August 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 16, 2009.
