Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 30, 2020, Bespoke Extracts, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Withdrawal of Certificate of Designation with the Secretary of State of Nevada, pursuant to which the Company withdrew its Series B Preferred Stock.
